What a well preserved toaster with a super shiny clean and clear finish! 107 years old, this rare Cathedral Design Chrome Westinghouse Turnover Toaster was made for only four weeks in 1914 (see photo 5)! It's sure to please the pickiest of collectors or museum curators. All other screws, nuts, rivets, grommets, all four fan design handles and grommet feet, all are there. Condition is king, and this has only a few slight condition issues, see entire list below.

IF you are planning on making it into something new and fabulous like a night light, then the missing cord doesn't matter. Plus who wants to use a 100 year old cord? I'd update it if using as a toaster. There are black marks inside both toaster sides from using, which is normal.

Maybe a brillo pad could scour it away. Could use a good cleaning with a brush in those little cracks and grooves in cathedral design and edges around black rubber fan handles. Few little flecks of chrome missing on reverse, but not very noticeable.

It sits straight and even, open and closes easily and correctly on both sides. I don't see any major scratches in it at all, no rust or surface issues, and it's SO SHINY!
