Vintage Art Deco Blue Mirror Vanity Jewelry Box with Catalin Handle. It measures 7 3/4" x 6" and 2 1/2 tall. There is wear throughout consistent with age (likely from the 1930's).

The green handle - 3/ tall - is made of catalin. There is a small chip behind one of the lower corners (pictures 2, 6, 10, and 11).
