On my husband's dresser, one of the pulls became loose on one side when one of the two screws became undone, while the other screw remained secure. My husband didn't mention it, and continued to use the loose pull, until one day, the loose pull snapped in half. I had been searching for 4 years to replace the exact pull, all to no avail. Every so often, I would continue to look for the correct pulls, but still no luck. I couldn't believe my eyes when the picture matched the exact pulls I needed. Bryan could not have been more helpful, immediately searching his inventory to make sure he in fact, still had the item.

Within 10 minutes, Bryan called me back to confirm he did have 4 of these rare drawer pulls! It has to be cheaper to be prepared, instead of having to replace 32 pulls someday! The package arrived two days after I placed the order.

When the box arrived, Bryan had included 3 different sets of screws, in tiny zip lock bags, each of them clearly labeled with the proper size. The packaging of the pulls was very secure. Bryan even included a card congratulating me on my find, and included some sweet treats as a lovely touch. I could not have asked for better service, attention to detail, or secure packaging.

These finish was so failed you could not even see the beautiful inlays. I hand restored the finish. The now black painted ends are steel that has a failed brass plating. True one of a kind pieces of hardware now! Installation tips: I will include 2 mounting screws that fit a 3/4 thick drawer front/cabinet. I guarantee you will never find anything like this anywhere on the planet! On center mounting(the distance when you measure from the center of one screw hole to the center of the other screw hole)...
