Large Antique American Art Pottery Vase. No signature. 17 high and wide

  
It is pretty clearly an American art pottery piece from art deco/art nouveau periods of the early 1900s. See the pictures for details. I hope someone will identify it for me. It is large and useful. A semi-transparent blue color showing bits of the red clay base on the handle, and having a white underglaze that also shows through. 17.25" high, 14" diameter body, and 17 wide handle to handle.
