Antique Roseville Pottery Sunflower 1930's Art Deco Table Lamp Handled Vase Pot. Today we are thrilled to be offering for sale a truly beautiful 1930's Roseville Pottery.

Along with Rookwood Pottery and Weller Pottery, it was one of the three major art potteries located in Ohio around the turn of the 20th century. Though the company originally made simple household pieces, the Arts and Crafts-inspired designs proved popular, and Roseville pieces are now highly sought after by collectors. The company operated from 1890 until 1953. The beautiful Sunflower line was introduced in the early 1930's and features yellow and green sunflowers on a matte brown/green/blue glazed background, with two small handles.

Vase mounted as a lamp with original 1930's spelter base; flower-shaped undermount, and painted metal cap. The lamp features nearly all original hardware aside from the new replacement sockets; it is pictured with a lampshade for illustrative purposes (lamp shade is not included). The lamp is in overall good antique as-found condition: the vase presents well and has minor display wear and patina commensurate with age, with no chips or cracks noted. The metal cap has loss to painted finish.

The base has loss to plated finish, minor oxidation, and a few dents. The supporting stem and flower-shaped under-mount have cracks and loss to plated finish.
