Antique ART DECO TRINITY PLATE Brass Purse Frame Chain Handle

  
Antique Trinity Plate Brass Jeweled Purse Frame Art Deco c 1920s. This is a lovely antique Art Deco Trinity Plate purse frame made of heavy cast brass that is oxidized to give a multi-dimensional effect. The front of the frame is artfully accented with a row of white faux pearls, silver metal'arrow. Designs, and 16 clear round rhinestones.

The push clasp front closure has a filigree design. The frame has a floral repousse design on the outer side of the front and back of the frame.

Sew holes along the inside edges of the frame, secures the bag to the frame. The Trinity Plate mark is incised on the inside of the frame. The frame measures about 4 ½" wide between sew holes x 2 ½" from top of frame to hinge. The handle drop is about 5 ½ from top of frame at center. The frame is in great condition given age and previous use.
